"As business manager of Jacob's Conceptstore, my mission is to put Made In Belgium on the map. Our physical shops facilitate local and creative entrepreneurs and designers. As local entrepreneurship is incredibly important to me and pivotal to my business, I contacted Theuns to look at their possibilities. For the first few years, we worked with pop-up shop furniture but had been planning to switch to our own designs for some time.

As a customer, I like the fact that the entire process from A-Z is done in-house. Design, technical drawings, carpentry, painting, installation of specific textured paint up to delivering on site. Thanks to the close collaboration, we always try to fine-tune things on both sides where possible to make the work as smooth and pleasant as possible for everyone, but no challenge is shunned. What started with production they never did before, such as counters, results in a fully equipped shop with even wooden jewellery displays made in Essen.
